You can edit the details of a tag, or change the objects related to a tag. Changes made to a particular item will be displayed in all objects where a relationship to this item has been established.

You can only modify a tag when the tag is not approved (Approval Status is set to Not Approved). To be able to modify a tag, either no security is defined, or you have Modify rights based on individual or group allocated access in the Security topic.
